The form is assumed to be filled by one of the PARENTs or the SINGLE PARENT.
A separate registration submission must be made for each child. (This helps to keep the total payment under the threshold for $0 transaction processing cost.

- School starts on Aug 23 2026
- Assessment of Quran level of each student will happen over Aug 2nd, 9th, and 16th.
- This is mandatory to allow us to provide differentiated and individually paced Quranic learning)
- Will share details (including pre-assessment form and process) once registration is completed
Enrollment Requirements
- Registration/Enrollment will be confirmed for the upcoming academic year (starting August) ONLY after all outstanding balances from the previous year are cleared for returning students.
- Minimum Age requirement is 4 years old (as of Sep 1 2026 for pre-K)
- ALL CHILDREN MUST BE POTTY TRAINED
Fees Structure (Aug 2026- May 2027 Academic Year)
- Registration Fees is $50 per student
- Annual Tuition Fees is $475 per student. This includes BOOKS and midday SNACK (PIZZA) fees
Tuition Waiver for Needy Parents
- We have worked out a process to review and support Tuition Discount Waiver Request for needy parents from a small portion of the ISNS Sadaqa Funds set aside for all the Children Education Programs
- Tuition Discount Waiver up to a maximum of $150 per student available for a limited number of Sunday School students based on need and family situation such as:
- parent income
- number of children
- any other special circumstances (The onus is on the applicant to demonstrate the need)

- Once approved (the process takes about 3 days minimum), we will issue a discount code to apply during the registration process. The remaining portion is responsibility of the parents to pay.
- If a family needs more or complete waiver of the tuition fees, that is beyond the scope of the children’s program process:

- This is independently administered and may take a longer time (atleast 2 to 3 weeks)
Fees Payment Options
- Registration and Full Tuition Fees must be paid in full
- If paid in full, we offer sibling discount of $50 each for every additional child (beyond the first child).
- Monthly Recurring Payments
- For those who cannot pay in full, we offer 3 consecutive monthly installment payment option
- You do NOT avail sibling discount or any other discount with monthly recurring payments
- Staff Members & Volunteers at Sunday School – please contact administration to avail special discounts
Program Commitment
- Registration& Tuition Fees cover the entire 10-month academic year (August–May). No Proration irrespective of period enrolled.
- Staff and operational costs are covered year-round, regardless of attendance.
Refund & Withdrawal Policy
- Registration Fee is NON REFUNDABLE
- Withdrawal before Sep 1, 2026 will result in 75% refund of Tuition Fees
- After Sep 1, 2026, there will be no refund
Special Needs Children
- While we make effort to accommodate children with special needs, we may NOT be able to support all special needs and may deny admission or force withdrawal of such children.
