Assalamu Alaikum Dear Parent, registration for the Al-Safa Academy Full-time Hifdh Program is now open. Please review the full program details below before registering.
General
- The form is assumed to be filled by one of the parents or the single parent.
- A separate registration submission must be made for each child (this keeps the total payment under the threshold for $0 transaction processing cost).
Program Tracks Overview
- All new students are subject to a two-week probation period during which behavior and academic readiness will be evaluated.
- Students who do not meet the academic requirements for a specific class will be placed into a more suitable level, as determined by the evaluator or teacher.
- Parents may respectfully discuss placement decisions, but the final determination rests with the evaluator or teacher.
- Applicants will be tested in: Tajwīd, fluency of recitation, strength of previously memorized portions of the Qur’an, and knowledge of basic Islamic studies.
Enrollment Requirements
- Registration/enrollment for the upcoming academic year (starting August) is confirmed ONLY after all outstanding balances from the previous year are cleared for returning students.
- Minimum age requirement is 8 years old (as of Sep 1, 2026).
- Boys — ages between 8 and 18 years.

- If paid in full, we offer a discount of about 5% — apply code ASM_FULL.
- For siblings, we offer a 12% discount on the 2nd, 3rd, and subsequent children — apply code ASM_SBLNG.
- Honor system: misuse of a sibling code (e.g. on an only child) will result in cancelled registration and being barred from future enrollment.
- Only one discount may be applied — choose whichever is more beneficial.
Program Commitment
- Tuition fees cover the entire academic year (September – June).
- No proration regardless of enrollment period or sessions held (i.e. no proration for winter break, Ramadan break, spring break, etc.).
- Staff and operational costs are planned for a full academic year commitment.
Refund & Withdrawal Policy
- Registration fee & material fee are non-refundable.
- No tuition refunds or credits for any personal reason whatsoever.
- Withdrawals require two months’ advance notice, or payment of 25% of yearly tuition fees in lieu of notice.
Tuition Discount Waiver for Needy Parents
We have a process to review and support tuition discount waiver requests for needy parents, drawn from a small portion of the ISNS Sadaqa funds set aside for children’s education programs.
- Waivers of up to a maximum of 40% per student are available for a limited number of students, based on need and family situation, including parent income, number of children, and any other special circumstances (the applicant is responsible for demonstrating need).
- To apply, submit your request with all required documentation.
- Once approved (about 3 days minimum), we issue a discount code to apply during registration. The remaining balance remains the parents’ responsibility.
- If a family needs a larger or complete waiver, that falls outside this program’s process — we recommend applying to the Masjid Zakat process, which is independently administered and may take at least 2–3 weeks.

- It is HONOR System, where by if someone uses it for the first child or for their only child, their registration will be cancelled and barred from enrolling their children

- parent income
- number of children
- any other special circumstances (The onus is on the applicant to demonstrate the need)
