Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
As per the Bylaws of Islamic Society of Northwest Suburbs of Chicago (ISNS), the election to the Majlis E Ansar (Board of Directors) needs to be held every two years between the middle of November and December of even years for the following two year term. In Sha Allah, the election to the Board of Directors of ISNS will be held on Sunday Dec 4th 2022 at ISNS Banquet Hall, 3950 Industrial Ave, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 between the hours of 10 am – 2 pm CST.
Alhamdulillah, the Nomination Committee (NOMCOM), consisting of Br. Layeeq Ahmed, Br Sameerudeen Syed and Sr Batul Mirza, have successfully completed the nomination process. The NOMCOM has submitted the below list of sixteen candidates to go ballot to select the thirteen board members for the term 2023-2024:

Only Eligible Voting Members (those who are registered members for 2022 and 2021) can cast a vote in the election. All eligible voting Members are requested to stop by the ISNS Banquet Hall between 10 am – 2 pm and cast their vote to select the next Board of Directors of ISNS for the term 2023-2024.
Those eligible voting members who requested Absentee Voting or Proxy Voting Request will receive their respective forms by Nov 22nd from the ELECTCOM. Please direct any questions to election2022@isns.org
